Change your Lafayette Password

To change your password, enter your NetID, current password, and a new password in the form below. (If you do not know your current password, see Set/Reset Password.) Your new password will be valid until you change it again. (ITS recommends changing your password every 3-6 months.) It can take several minutes before the new password is valid for all systems — please wait 5 minutes before using it.

Your new password cannot be one that you have used before, should be strong, and must include the following:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter (A...Z)
• At least one lowercase letter (a...z)
• At least one number (0...9)

The form cannot be submitted until "Password Strength" changes to "Meets Policy" (which will happen as soon as the above requirements are met) and the new password is confirmed.
